APPROACHES
TO THE PORT
|
Approaches
to the port of Suape can be easily done as very good landmarks are
available and the entrance of the port can be safely reached from any
direction. There's a light buoy marking the Sitiba Shoal bearing 117°
from the breakwater light head; Cape of Santo Agostinho Lighthouse is
an outstanding aid for navigators as it can be easily identified from
24 miles. For details see List of Lights, Brazilian Navy publication
DH-2. |
ANCHORAGE

Anchorage
